Detailed Planning Permission has been granted for class B1, Three Heavy Industrial Units.

Outline planning permission is also held for Light Industrial or Office.

However should the client not sell the land in total, it will be developed for heavy industrial.

 Therefore two freehold industrial units will be offered for sale (see option 4b).

One unit being retained for current owner's construction business.
