Detailed planning will be submitted shortly.

The sketch plans are for illustration only as the development will actually be constructed using local Tavistock stone and sympathetically designed to be in harmony with the beautiful surrounding Devon Countryside.

Making some units detached is a possibility, along with designer windows and fascias.

Maximum use of eco friendly construction materials and heating systems are to be incorporated into the design to maximise use of available renewable energy and reduce energy use and running costs.
