Development of up to 22 two storey
offices that can be individually designed to clients
requirements within the design constraints of 5m wide by
10m deep (100m2 floor area).
Detailed planning will be submitted shortly.
The sketch plans are for
illustration only as the development will actually be
constructed using local Tavistock stone and
sympathetically designed to be in harmony with the
beautiful surrounding Devon Countryside.
Making some units detached is a
possibility, along with designer windows and fascias.
Maximum use of eco friendly
construction materials and heating systems are to be
incorporated into the design to maximise use of
available renewable energy and reduce energy use and
running costs.
